Swedish massage is the most popular type of massage in the United States. It involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as “adhesions.”

A skin treatment where the upper layer of dead skin cells is sloughed off using a variety of techniques and combinations of sea salt, essential oils, water, skin brush or loofah. Sea salt rich in trace minerals is mixed with warm massage oil to exfoliate the top layers of dead skin from the whole body (except for the face). It leaves your skin moist, glowing, and satin-smooth.


Raindrop Session • $70  /  Technician: Lynn Joy Button, RN

Our Raindrop sessions involves Young Living Essential Oils to the spine, neck and feet. The session lasts approximately one hour; however, the benefits last up to a week or more. This session reduces stress, pain, improves circulation, helps detox systems, balance the body and realigns the spine.
