Meet Our Instructors


Marney Wooldridge Marney L. Wooldridge is the owner of Passages. Ms. Wooldridge has a Bachelors in Theatre with an emphasis in Kinesiology from Columbia College. In addition, she holds a Masters in Dance from Texas Woman’s University, is a certified Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and is nationally certified with American Fitness Aerobic Association (AFAA). Most recently, she earned her Beachbody PiYO Instructor Certification and enjoys combining Pilates, Yoga, Calisthenics and Dance for a very powerful workout.
Barbara Wilkes Barbara Wilkes remembers fast dancing as a young girl and now, teaches the Shag! To her it is a way of life with new friends and finds every weekend there is somewhere to dance. She belongs to CLASS (Camden Lugoff Area Shag Society) and holds a Hall of Fame award for shagging. All her children Shag as do some of her grand children.
Laura Mickelson Laura Mickelson, RYT-500 has been teaching Yoga since 2010 after realizing that many years of high-impact exercise was taking it’s toll on the joints. She taught many types group exercise off and on for over 25 years. Since her introduction to Yoga, Laura learned that Yoga is so much more than exercise—a more balanced way of improving mind, body & spirit. Laura currently holds a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification, having trained 200 hours in alignment-based Yoga with Lillah Schwartz in Asheville, and 300 hours at Asheville Yoga Center with a focus in therapeutics. Her philosophy is that everyone can do Yoga—if the body is willing to be challenged, the mind is willing to explore new possibilities, and the spirit is ready to soar!
