Will improve balance, flexibility, strength, posture, and enhance mind-body connection in a low impact, gentle way. The exercises will mostly be done sitting in a chair or standing and using the chair for support. It is designed for all ages and abilities and is especially great for those over 50 because of its gentle nature. There will be times that we will use resistance bands to enhance an exercise. This is a great class if you experience, Vertigo, joint pain, balance issues or just need a good workout.
Begins with an emphasis on fat burning by doing basic aerobic moves and barefoot cardio, including balance, coordination and light weights. We will conclude with Mat Pilates that includes core and light stretching.
